    I use this every day and highly recommend it. I also recommend Biona Organic Avocado Oil.

    I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rollsby putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich.(not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Amazon UK…

    I used this pumpkin oil for my dry skin and hair, it’s great value, the colour is nutty and brown,the smell is a nutty smell, and is very low in its smell, very pleasant, and soft on the body, I recommend this product for people with extremely dry skin like myself,

    It seem they have a very bad quality control or manufacturing procedures.I have been buying this products many times from various shops, so far never had a problemThe last item delivered had a very strong and disgusting smoky taste and smell.I cannot imagine how smoke needed for pumpkin seed oil.Due to the type of product it cannot be returned nor cannot ask for refund.Very disappointing!
