We’re Rude Health. Rude Health started around Nick and Camilla Barnard’s kitchen table in 2005 with the Ultimate Muesli. Now we’re found in fridges and cupboards all over the world. I only have this milk with my vegan protein shake and it taste amazing however this isn’t really almond milk? The major ingredient is rice water and a very small 1% of almond which I think it’s deceptive. Also this contains seed oil which isn’t good for you.Wish the branding is made clearer at the front that it’s actually almond AND rice milk – or pretty much rice milk with a splash of almondOverall the taste is great and it’s nice flavour but isn’t what it presents to be and for that reason I won’t be purchasing this after my current box runs out.However I have seen the ultimate almond milk – I will give it a try!

I order this milk all the time. I prefer it to most others and it’s gluten free, however, this box arrived with a use by date of October 2023. Check the dates!

I have been using this Drink for a number of years. I am Coeliac, Lactose and Milk intolerant and allergic to Peanuts. I use this in baking and hot drinks and unlike some others drinks it doesn’t leave a sludge in the bottom of cups. shake well before use.

I’ve tried a lot of different plant based milks,and honestly.Rude health and nutty bruce almond milk are the best imo.Great tasting,good consistency and clean ingredients 👍🏿👍🏿

Love this milk alternative. Unable to get any at the supermarket so resorted to amazon. Delivery was quicker than I expected. Although pricier per unit than I would pay in the supermarket will use again during lockdown to ensure I have a supply of almond drink .

The milk tastes nice, but curdles in tea. Which genuine rude health from the shop does not. The packaging is also different which made me think that it’s not genuine straight away. I may be wrong but seems this way to me.

Just a word of warning to check the date on the packaging before opening. I bought this in April ‘24 and the date on the product was 28/10/23. I’d already opened one of the cartons and then noticed it had curdled, hence it went into the bin. I have ordered this product from the same seller before and it’s been fine. Love the product itself. Just disappointed in myself for not checking first and sending it back before I opened it. And really disappointed that the seller is stocking items this far out of date.
